Elaine Ball, our CEO started her career breaking [training] horses in Tomball, Texas, USA and her dad, Steve, managed to persuade her to keep horses as a hobby! She then accepted the position of Marketing Executive at Measurement Devices Ltd (MDL), the family business in 1998.
With over 25 years of international sales and marketing experience in laser measurement tools, Elaine has worked with everyone from surveyors to resellers across the globe.
